He was predeceased by: his parents, Bowman H. Owen and Reta Owen (Crook); and his siblings, Catherine Stewart, Bowman G. Owen and Margaret Huggins.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Cummings (Douglas), Guy Owen (Debbie), Valerie Carlson (Darin Ward) and Lisa Owen; his grandchildren, Ryan Carlson (Magyn), Jesse Carlson (Casey), Brandon Carlson (Samantha), Garret Owen (Jessie), Gaston Owen (Lindsey), Gavin Owen (Allyson), Alex Cummings (Krista), Andrew Cummings (Samantha) and Savannah Ward; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Brady, Madelaine, Braxton, Makenzie Carlson, McKenzie Carlson, Rowan Carlson, Corbin and Sawyer Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
