He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann Zayas; and his significant other's children, Angelo Zayas, Linda Christian, Frank A. Zayas, Merton Zayas, Nancy Raisor, Francisco "Leon" Zayas, Jr. and Christopher Zayas. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and spiritual grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
