He was predeceased by: his parents, Bowman H. Owen and Reta Crook Owen; his children, Steven Owen and Sheila Owen Wolcott; his stepdaughter Shelly Cook Misner; his wife Jeannette R Owen; and his sisters, Margaret and Kathy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Owen, Susan Owen Harbaugh and Sandra Owen Kelly; his stepdaughter Kim Cook Neer; and his brother Gail Owen. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great children.
