It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William S. Baxter Jr. of Liverpool, New York, born in Mineola, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Margaret Baxter, Sr. (Smith); and his sister Linda Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Elaine S. Baxter; his daughters, Deborah B. Gregoire (Eric), Kimberly A. Bennett (Brian) and Julie M. Baxter-Mulligan; his grandchildren, Erin, Nathaniel, Michael, Andrew, Owen, Brendan and Corey; and his brother Philip Baxter (Silvia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
