He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Jeanette Williams Jr. (Haase); and his brother George Williams. He is survived by: his children, Brian W. Williams of Oswego, NY and Tiffany A. Williams of Oswego, NY; his siblings, Cynthia, Donna, Cathy and Douglas; and his grandson Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
