He is survived by: his pets, Fred and Ollie; his wife Patricia Decker (Civello); his children, Jacqueline, Timothy Jr. and Ashley; his parents, John Decker and Patricia M. Decker; and his siblings, Cheryl Decker and Christopher Decker (Stacey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
