It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley B. Parks of Liverpool, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Guyett and Madeline Guyett (Brown); her husband Richard Donald Parks, Sr.; her grandson W. Anthony Nencetti; and her siblings, Earl, Jack Guyett, Helen Francis and Ruth Milea.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Jeannine), David (Anne Marie) of North Syracuse, Daniel (Anita) of Liverpool and Diane Nencetti of Liverpool. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
