He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Dorothy Dugan (Vargovcik); his daughter Eileen Dugan; and his siblings, Eileen Rooney and Kenneth Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Rosaleen Bernadette Dugan; his daughters, Therese Risley (William) and Maureen Scheuermann (George); his grandsons, Neal Scheuermann (Karen) and John Scheuermann (Katherine Manzuk); and his great grandchild Daisy Grace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
