He is survived by: his wife Fannie Mazur (Fortino); his children, Deborah Jane (Thomas Conena), Daniel Robert Mazur, David Carmen Walter Mazur (Diane), Pamela Ann (Mark Palladino) and Paul Thomas Mazur (Amber); his siblings, Walter Mazur, Jr., Frank Mazur, Barbara Simicevik (Mazur) and MaryAnn Griffith (Mazur); and his friend Tri-Arts Studio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6. 5 great-grandchildren.
