He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Kuk" Kukula and Sandra "Bonz" Kukula. He is survived by: his wife Jo Kukula; his daughters, Candice Baxter of Eureka, KS and Ashley Cuevas (Javier) of Frederick, MD; and his siblings, Kathryn Andress of Liverpool, NY and William Kukula (Tammy) of Cicero, NY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
