Armstrong of Liverpool, New York, born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Armstrong and Egeria Robinson Armstrong; and his siblings, George, Edward Armstrong, Margaret, Jean Ostrander, Louise Van Horn and Betty Jenson.
He is survived by: his partner Sandra-Leppard-Barcomb of Liverpool, NY; his partner's children, Robyn and Michael Barcomb; his granddaughter Taylor Barcomb; his great grandchild Raymond J. Boyle; his daughter Deborah Armstrong-Reese of Kalamazoo, MI; his grandchildren, Angela Reese-Johnson, Nathan Reese, Tymia, Luci and Edward; his extended family Lois Carpenter; and his children, Judy, Ellen, Fred, Michael and David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
