It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip G. Hubbell (Liverpool, New York), born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Hubbell and Arlene Hubbell. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jeffrey Hubbell (Shannon), James Hubbell (Jen) and Nicole Kopiasz (Greg); his sisters, Charlene and Suzanne Hubbell; his grandchildren, Tyler, Cavessa, Brooke, Max, Joe, Josh, Abbie, Allie, Lillian, Liam and Noah; his niece Kristen; and his nephews, Brian, Michael, Sean and Richard.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phil's name to Liverpool Little League, the American Heart Association or the Kidney Foundation of CNY.
