He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Contonio and Shirley Hebert; and his aunt Janet Hill. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Bette); his daughters, Erica Prevost and Marisa Hebert; his siblings, Michelle Hebert-Hughes, Dean Hebert, Mark Hebert, David Hebert, Matthew Hebert and Dian Bush; his stepmother Ann Contonio; and his grandchildren, Timothy Young, Madison Prevost and Anna Prevost. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
