He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sullivan (Conti); his sons, Dylan and Tyler (Amanda); his parents, Jim Sullivan and Anne Sullivan; his sister Shannon Wagner (Dan); his niece Sophia; and his nephew Joseph. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
