He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Howard (Ardner). He is survived by: his children, Mark Howard (Joan) of Cary, NC and Susan Howard Stagnitta of Baldwinsville; and his sister Arlene Parrotta of Cicero, NY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
