She is survived by: her husband Shawn; her sons, Will and Tyler; her parents, Maureen Mitchell and Bill Mitchell; her sisters, Jamie O'Keefe (Jon O'Keefe) and Suzanne Chmura (Doug Chmura); her in-laws, Jean and Bill Cornell; and her siblings-in-law, Paula Burdick, Billy Burdick (Teresa Burdick) and Bob Cornell.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations go to her boys, Will and Tyler.
