He is survived by: his wife Denise Hawkins; his children, Braeden Matthew and Madylin Irene; his siblings, Chris Hawkins, Sue Livesay (Dave), Tracy Currie (Andy), Rob Tuttle (Danielle), Julie Hawkins and Laura Petreszyn; his father William Hawkins; his siblings-in-law, Gary and Gail Tuttle; his nieces and nephews, Cole, Grace (Caleb), Ellie Hawkins, Jonathan (Monica), Michael, Timmy, Daniel Livesay, William, Emma Currie, Mason, Brody Tuttle, Brock Tongue (Grace), Brooke (Dan), Autumn Petreszyn, Arabella, Derek, Joey, Vinny DeVito and Cassidy Atkinson; his great-nephew Peyton; and his pet Lyndon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
