He is survived by: his children, David Gingrich (Cathy) of Fort Pierce, FL, Dr. Kevin Gingrich (Candida Romanelli) of Frisco, TX, Lynne Howard (Merritt) of Barneveld, NY and Sandra Gleason (Dean) of Ogdensburg, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
