He was predeceased by: his children, Donald James Keefe and Deborah Lynn Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bailey-Keefe (Millard); and his granddaughters, Abigail Keefe of Tampa Fl and Kayleen Procopio of Liverpool. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
