With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine L. Bailey (Liverpool, New York), born in Florida, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Bailey; her daughter Sonja Sampson of Liverpool; and her siblings, Mildred Adams of Syracuse, Bertha Davis of Syracuse, Bobby Grant of Florida and Hewitt Grant of Syracuse. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
