Joseph M. Pastella Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 72, Joseph M. Pastella of Liverpool, New York, born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Patsy Pastella and Arlene Pastella (Robbins); and his sister Mary Arnette. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Pastella (Darlena), William Pastella (Joann) and Patricia Pastella; his children, Olivia, Avery, Patrick (Kanitha Burns), Lisa (Chris Alexion) and Stefanie Vajapey (Chetan); his close friend Kelly LaMontagne; and also, Megan Oliver (Paul), Bernie Cannon (Alex) and Lindsey Sauve (Jayson). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church (3494 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
