With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph H. Fischer of Liverpool, New York, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 9, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian Fischer (Falcone); and his children, Curt of Colorado, Dwight (Alison) of Syracuse and Kim (Sami) of South Dakota. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the YMCA of Greater Syracuse or to the V.A. Hospital in Syracuse.
