He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jacob and Mabel Jacob; and his siblings, Richard Jacob, Viola Talley and Madlyn George.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Betty Jacobs, Carol Haynes (Doug), Patty Benedetti (Gene), JoAnn Nesci (Jeff) and Richard Jacobs (Danielle); his grandchildren, Crystal Essig, Kevin (Trenley), Brandon Haynes, Mario, Antonio Benedetti, Joelle Nesci, Jozef, Jaeden and Jaxon Jacobs; his great grandchild Avianna Haynes; and his siblings, George Jacob and Sheila Ames. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
