He is survived by: his wife Ruby Koslowski (Aloi); his stepdaughters, Debbie Adsit (Darryl) and Patty Filippi (Randy); his daughter Valerie Koslowski; his grandchildren, Cody Johnson, Mariah Cleveland and Justin Koslowski; his sister Kathy Gardner; and his niece Marsha Dillion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
