He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his wife Joan; and his siblings, Jim and Joan. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shaina, Aleah Smith, Tommy, James, Sophie, Joe Aquino, Sarah and Katie Domin; his close friend Betty Carbone; his brother Bill Smith (Linda) of Florida; and his children-in-law, Gabriel Aquino and Denise Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
