With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Sgroi of Liverpool, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sgroi and Josephine Sgroi (Lazzaro); and his siblings, James, Mary Delia, Josephine Benson, Jennie Pritchard and Ida Marlowe.
He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neill of Watertown; his children, Stephen (Jodie) and Karen (Mike Turberg); and his grandchildren, Christian, Paul and Courtney.
