He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maggio and Vera Maggio (Brignole); his wife Donna (Koval); his daughter Laurie Ward; and his brother Joseph J. Maggio.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Maggio (Lucy), Mary Kay Maggio and Patricia Ranieri; his grandchildren, Angeline Schreiber (Chris), Dominique Mullett (Brace) and Francesca Ranieri; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Tucci, Joni Sprague (Tom), John Maggio (Mary Kelly) and Joe Maggio (Cindy). He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
