John F. Maggio Obituary
In loving memory of John F. Maggio of Liverpool, New York, who departed this world on December 10, 2024 at the age of 95. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Maggio and Vera Maggio (Brignole); his wife Donna (Koval); his daughter Laurie Ward; and his brother Joseph J. Maggio.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Maggio (Lucy), Mary Kay Maggio and Patricia Ranieri; his grandchildren, Angeline Schreiber (Chris), Dominique Mullett (Brace) and Francesca Ranieri; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Tucci, Joni Sprague (Tom), John Maggio (Mary Kelly) and Joe Maggio (Cindy). He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Epiphany Parish (Formerly St. Joseph the Worker Church) (1001 Tulip St, Liverpool, NY 13088).
