Daniel Hulchanski; her son Daniel; her grandson Joshua Caldwell; and her siblings, Nancy Wallo, Marion Plott, Elizabeth Coyne, Patricia Coyne, Mary Margaret Hock (Peggy), James Coyne and Joseph Coyne.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Slater, Richard (Ellen), Michael (Nikki) and Edward Slater (Jan); her brother-in-law Samuel Bradford; her stepchildren, Michael Cowburn (Sandra), Kathleen Nash (Joseph), Patrick Cowburn (Mary) and Christine Strange (Gary); her grandchildren, Anne Marie Honsinger (Mark), Michael Hulchanski (Kelly), Theresa Seguin (Christopher), Karen Richards, Cathleen Nassef and Lorraine Schmidt (Lawrence); her great grandchildren, Joseph, Sean, Ryan, Eric, Alexandra, Kathryn, Sarah, Matthew, Jessica and Chistopher; her brother Dan Wallo; her sisters-in-law, Julia Hulchanski, Helen Procanick and Peggy Wallo; her brothers, Thomas Coyne (Tess) of Nottingham, MD and Francis R. Coyne of Baltimore, MD.; her children, Tiffany Adao (Brian) and Christopher; her granddaughters, Martha, Sophia and Brittany; and her close friend Jaela. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
He left the post of director of the Vatican Observatory in August 2006, but continued to be part of the Vatican Observatory staff and served as president of the Vatican Observatory Foundation until 2011.
