It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean M. Knapp (Liverpool, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jr. Hier and Marjorie Hier (Creech). She is survived by: her significant other Jeffrey W. Knapp; her children, Christie Knapp and Jeffrey Knapp II; and her siblings, Cathleen DeWolf (Mark), Debra Hier, Arthur Hier III and Jeffrey Hier (Lynda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and very close friends.
