She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roland Cayen and Mable Cayen (Foster); her husband Frank M. Carter Sr.; her children, Deborah Albanese (Tony) of Baldwinsville, Denise Carter of Liverpool, Susan Knapp (Pat) of West Monroe, Frank M. Jr. Carter (Kathryn) of Baldwinsville, Jeff Carter (Sheila) of Phoenix and Dwayne Carter (Lori) of Anderson, SC; and her sister Darlene Burrows (Van) of Parish. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
