McHugh (Rhines) of Liverpool; his children, Mark McHugh (Jennifer) and Heather Harris (Zach) of Liverpool; his grandchildren, Elora McHugh, Ethan and Eli Harris; and his siblings, Theresa McHugh of Syracuse, Joseph McHugh of Syracuse, Michael McHugh (Nancy) of Syracuse and John McHugh (Deidre) of Grahamsville, NY. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
