Fulton (Liverpool, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Fulton and Josephine "Jo" Fulton (Wojcik); and his brother Joseph K. Fulton. He is survived by: his sisters, Marguerite Fulton-Newton (Gordon) of Liverpool, NY and Mary Fulton-Campbell (Craig) of Vancouver, WA; his nieces, Briana, Katie and Ashley; and his nephew Dylan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Mental Health Foundation.
