He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foran and Doris Foran (Perry); his brothers, Perry (Georgia) and Terrance Foran; and his brother-in-law Issa Essi.
He is survived by: his family Jimmy; his wife Cynthia Foran (White); his children, Tami Henry (John Henry), James Foran (Tracy) and Jami Sageer; his grandchildren, Tavish VanSkoik, Brogin VanSkoik, Kegan VanSkoik, Alex Webber, Zoe Webber, Chloe Foran, Tori Foran, Halie Foran, Sophie Sageer and Lola Sageer; his sister Judy Hartnett (Fran); and his sister-in-law Carol Foran (Rosalie Essi). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
