He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. and Zetta; and his siblings, Richard and Judy Stuhler. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Sweeney (Crowley); his children, Gerald, John T. Sweeney, Karen Mullane (Keith) and Maureen M. Sweeney; his grandchildren, Erica, Tory, Christina, Sean, Owen, Declan and Piper; and his brothers, John C., Paul "Joe" (Janet), Dennis (Linda) and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
