He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. and Anna E. Fleischmann, Jr. (Heppeler); his wife Rosemary J. Young; his daughter Karen Ann Fleischmann; his sister Maryanne Thompson; and his son-in-law Joseph Pasternak.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl A. Pasternak of Columbus, OH, Linda Burrows (John) of Central Square, NY, Cindy Avery (Mike) of Central Square, NY, George M. Fleischmann, III (Christine) of Liverpool, NY and Richard P. Fleischmann of Liverpool, NY; his grandchildren, Kiersten, Joey, Michelle (Rick), Johnny, Danny (Nesha), Kara, William, Rosemary, Richard, Raechel and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Hayden and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
