He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Biasi and Margaret Biasi (Labbate); and his siblings, Mario, John Biasi, Stella Racciatti and Anna Bernardini.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Biasi (Benz); his children, Frank A. Biasi (MaryLou) and Tina Maria Toth (Joseph); his grandchildren, Joseph III, Michael, Nick, Luke, Rachel and Cole; and his siblings, Vito Biasi, Angie DiDomenico and Toni Tubbert (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
