With solemn reverence, we commemorate Francis Patrick Costello Jr. of Liverpool, New York, born in Warwick, Rhode Island, whose life came to an end on January 12, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sr. Costello and Agnes Costello (Andrews); and his siblings, Jean Mullins, Jimmy Costello and Michael Costello.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Costello (Cotnoir); his children, Frankie Costello III, Kevin Costello, Kelly Costello (Todd), Jim Costello (Sarah) and Brad Costello; and his siblings, Kathy LaFleur, Patty Chamberlin, Joan Anderson and Bobby Costello. He is also survived by grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Frank's memory to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
