She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitchell and Mary Thornton Mitchell; her husband Raymond Pratt; her daughter Sandra; her son-in-law Richard James; her siblings, Edith Baker, Marion Phelps, Imogene Patnode, Robert, Orra Mitchell, Roy, Bert and Fred Elliott; and her great grandchild Peyton James.
She is survived by: her close friend Robert "Bob" Hess; her grandchildren, Debbie Smith (Russell), David James (Lisa) and Dawn Hines (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Matthews, Emmalee James and Madison Hines.
Contributions in Evelyn's memory may be made to The Peyton Heart Project, an organization founded in memory of her great-grandson, Peyton.
