He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilcox and Jean Wilcox; his grandmother Evelyn Yarbrough; and his siblings, Leonard B. Wilcox and Pamela A. Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Octavia Wilcox; his daughter Jasmine Wilson (Phillip); his granddaughter Zorah of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings, Robert Gary Wilcox (Shelia) of Midland, TX, Shawn Wilcox, Gregory Strong of Providence, RI, Alison Sceeles and Katheryn Wilcox Terry of Seekonk, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
