Donald E. Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 74, Donald E. Cook of Liverpool, New York, born in Newark, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cook and Gladys Cook (Barker). He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn Kosty; his children, Jeffrey Cook (Summer), Charles Cook (Tracy) and Victoria Mazza (Christopher); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madelyn Cook, Andrew, Samantha Mazza, Sloan and Kollyns Cook; his sister Barbara Davis (Joseph); and his cousin Alyson Cook. He is also survived by many other sister and brother in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
