Perry; his children, Joshua Howard (Kristina Maness) of Tampa, FL, Jeremiah Howard (Mimi) of Milford, PA and Kalyn Kirgan (David) of Castle Rock, CO; his father Earl Howard (Caroline) of Mitchellville, MD; his sisters, Gwendolyn Raeford (Frank) of Syracuse, NY, Scyretta Howard of Smyrna, DE, Sonja Dingle (Scott) of Hughesville, MD and Scarlette Howard (Eric Vaughan) of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Kirgan, Taetum Kirgan and Nathaniel Howard.
