He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Neider; and his sister Debbie Babcock. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Babcock of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Donna L Nightengale of Locust Grove, GA, Dorothy J Richards of Aberdeen, SD, William Babcock of Syracuse, NY and George Neider of Rumford, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
