Warne (Michael); the mother of his children Maryann Roefaro; his grandsons, Anthony Renato Prietti and Oliver Michael Warne; and his brothers, Eric Franz, Karl Franz (Donna) and Mark Franz (Amy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
