She was predeceased by: her former husband Michael J. Stanziana; her husband Warren F. Hoffman; her siblings, Rocco, Joseph, Louis, Jack, William, Albert Carbone, Katherine Bucci, Carrie Puzzullo and Grace Roberts; and her nephew Ronald Carbone.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol A. Shifflet (Alan) of Liverpool; her stepson Dr. Mark A. Hoffman (Mary) of Stoughton, MA; her grandchildren, Dr. Allison M. Magnuson (Ryan), Christopher Shifflet (Danielle), Warren A. Hoffman (Valerie) and Dr. Sarah E. Bryniarski (Mark); her great grandchildren, Jack, Samuel, Andrew Magnuson, Julian Shifflet and Michelle Toman; and her close friends, Kim Hanlon, Nancy Hamilton and Corrine.
