Clemens Ruggaber Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2019, at the age of 88, Clemens Ruggaber (Liverpool, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Saynor); his children, Linda Born (Gary) of Rochester, Robert Ruggaber (Karen) of Amboy and Richard Ruggaber (Kristine) of Liverpool; and his sister Elizabeth Maas of Canada. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
