He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Campbell Judd; his children, Kathy Bineau of Liverpool, Dan Judd (Colleen) of Hamburg, Bob Judd (Lori) of Florida, Kevin Weismore (Danielle) of Connecticut, Tim Weismore of Maine and Jeff Weismore of Connecticut; his brothers, Dr. William Weismore (Margaret) of Whitney Point, Jim Weismore of Florida and Ron Weismore (Alice) of Florida; and his sister-in-law MaryLou Zerrhan of Wampsville.
