With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles E. Koolakian of Liverpool, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazik and Haig; and his brother Robert Koolakian. He is survived by: his wife Judy Chengerian Koolakian; his daughters, Cyndi Koolakian (Patrick Snyder), Kimberly Koolakian and Heather Koolakian; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Perperian, Cathy Chengerian Brummer (Gene), Robert Chengerian (Betty Sorrell) and Richard Chengerian (Judith); and his cousins, Levon, Chuckie, Tulie, Diane, Gail, Jimmy and Danny. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
