He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazik and Haig; and his brother Robert Koolakian. He is survived by: his wife Judy Chengerian Koolakian; his daughters, Cyndi Koolakian (Patrick Snyder), Kimberly Koolakian and Heather Koolakian; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Perperian, Cathy Chengerian Brummer (Gene), Robert Chengerian (Betty Sorrell) and Richard Chengerian (Judith); and his cousins, Levon, Chuckie, Tulie, Diane, Gail, Jimmy and Danny. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
