It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Wiltse of Liverpool, New York, born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Meldrum and Martha Carolyn Meldrum. She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Weiss (Werner) of Orange City, FL; her children, Laurie Payne (Gerald) of Liverpool and Craig Wiltse (Suzanne) of Guilderland; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Wiltse (Kevin Hulvey) of Guilderland, Corey Payne (Maggie Petrella) of Baltimore, MD and Megan Payne (Nathaniel Robson) of Rochester; and her former husband Charles Wiltse of Red Creek. She is also survived by in-laws in the Payne family; her nieces and nephews.
