She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Hayman; her children, Deklen Hayman, Colin Hayman, Makinleigh Hayman and Rylinn Hayman; her mother Lori Shepherd; her stepfather Bernie Bixby; and her sister Carrie Adams. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
