We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2022, at the age of 94, Bertha M. Banks of Liverpool, New York, born in Afton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford M. Cutting and Viola Cutting (Mitchell); her husband Theodore "Ted" Banks; and her siblings, Clifford, Jr., Loren, Robert, John Cutting, Shirley Decker and Edna "Jo" Shearer.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Banks of Liverpool, Sue Fletcher of Bainbridge, David and Terri Banks of Ashville, PA; her grandchildren, Jamie Fletcher Christensen (Mikael), Dan Banks (Pam), Renee Banks and Bethany Banks; her great grandchildren, Karsten Christensen, Thomas Dugan, IV, Lance and Violet Jones; her siblings, Phyllis Niles, Rose Mazzarella, Glen Cutting (Sharon), Richard Cutting (Sherry), Florence Strong (John) and Elizabeth Vroman (Fred); and her parents-in-law, Diane, Shirley Cutting, Jerry Decker and June Smedley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations in her memory may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church of Bainbridge.
